BigBoss today post a new article which is about downgrading iOS 4.0.2 to 4.0.1 WITHOUT SHSH saved. As one knows 4.0.2 is not jailbreakable on iPhone 4, 3GS and iPodTouch 3G, So by downgrading to 4.0.1 you have a chance of jailbreaking with JailbreakMe. I’m looking for similar way for iPad users for downgrading 3.2.2 to 3.2.1.
A user named CodeBlue has discovered an unconfirmed method that may allow you to downgrade your 4.0.2 iPhone to 4.0.1, jailbreak, patch the safari exploit with Saurik’s patch and be jailbroken safely.

iPhone 4 unlock
As one knows few hours ago @Comex released the new jailbreak solution named “JailbreakMe“. I think they found a new hole in mobile safari (installed on all iOS by default) so they decided to release a web application (probably based on webkit) instead of desktop class application.
Unfortunatly I can’t get it to work! I test it on my iPhone 3GS with iOS 4.0. Jailbreakme.com loads successfully but when I slide to jailbreak nothing happens. Any one can help me?!
[Update]
Finally I get it to work! Here is a list of what I done :
Enjoy!

Today Apple started seeding the awaited iOS 4 or iPhone OS 4.0.
You can just connect your iPhone or iPod Touch to iTunes and you will get notified to update.
DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR 3GS IF YOU HAVE THE NEW BOOTROM AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO JAILBREAK IT.
Now alongside this cool new firmware upgrade, our beloved iPhone Dev Team has released ultras0w 0.93.
This new version can unlock any baseband all the way from 3.0 to 4.0 ( 4.26/5.11/5.12/5.13).
So basically, if you can jailbreak your iPhone you can unlock it
To unlock your iPhone, first jailbreak it ( using redsn0w for 3G and pwnage tool for 3GS old bootrom) and then follow these steps:
Done. You are now on unlocked iOS 4. Enjoy and thank the iPhone Dev Team and the people who found the new exploit.
Keep checking back at Cazisoft.com to get updates on jailbreaking iOS 4, the all new iPhone 4 and more.
The redsn0w beta has been updated for 4.0GM on iPhone 3G and iPod touch 2G (non-MC version). Multitasking and homescreen wallpaper are turned on by default (Apple doesn’t normally allow this on these 2 devices). You can deselect these features if you choose.

UPDATE: INSTALLOUS 3.1 RELEASED. INSTALLOUS IS NOW A UNIVERSAL APP WHICH MEANS THAT IT RUNS PERFECTLY ON THE IPAD. ON THE IPAD, INSTALLOUS HAS SUPPORT TO SHOW IPAD ONLY APPS!
Finally an update
Installous, the app to download and install cracked apps was updated today.
Here’s what the devs have to say:
Installous is relatively stable, but there are a couple caveats which you must take note of. Native Installation has a small bug in which installations report completion a little early on older devices (iPhone 2G, iPod 2G, etc.). More specifically, older processors. We’re not entirely sure why yet, and it’s the reason why were we absurdly delayed in the public release. It is the default installation option, since most of our users are on newer devices. But if you’re on an older device and you’re installing a huge app, we suggest changing to bash installation in the settings tab by turning off native installation. AppSync is required for this. Either 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, or 4.0 (which doesn’t exist yet, but still). It seems like the first time some people run it, it will not connect to apptrackr properly or something. Restart springboard or your entire device, and the problem shouldn’t persist. We’ll figure out what’s wrong later.
